200 HOURS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Our 200 hour yoga teacher training course is designed for the aspirants who want to become professional yoga instructors. In our this 200hrs YTTC, trainees gain a detailed understanding of the practice of yoga asanas, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting, chakras, hast & yog mudras, yog nidra, human anatomy & physiology, philosophy of Yoga with various alignment and other traditional and contemporary teaching techniques which helps in learning different yoga style developing the essential skills and knowledge for a confident yogi. After completing this 200 hour yoga certification course, one can register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200. It’s is an internationally recognized course, you will be eligible to teach yoga anywhere around the world.

Contact Hours: 150 Hours (In the presence of teachers)
Non Contact Hours: 50 Hours (Your own self-practice, assignment, etc)
